SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Order Processing Time: We usually process all orders within 24-48 hours on weekdays, and ship orders within 48-72 hours on weekdays. (Weekends and holidays are not considered as business days)

Shipping Time: 3-5 business days.
Shipping Fee: Regular shipping is entirely free of charge.
Note: Due to distance, $200 will be charged for the package to Hawaii and Alaska regions.
The logistics companies we cooperate with: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Generally, sex doll torsos weighing less than 22.5kg will be shipped via UPS, while products weighing over 22.5kg will be shipped using FedEx. Accessories are shipped via USPS. Please note that only USPS is able to deliver to PO Box addresses. If you wish to have your sex doll torso shipped to a nearby pickup location, we recommend placing a separate order. Please be aware that sex doll torsos cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
The Goods Have Not Been Received
If your box is marked as delivered on the official website of the express delivery company, but you have not actually received the goods, please contact the express delivery company in time. 6yDoll Store will cooperate with your actions sincerely.
Receive and Check Your Package
All products shipped from us must be in good packing and without any breakage before shipment after inspection. You need to check whether the package is damaged after you receive it.
- If the carton of the outer package is open, or the outer package of the commodity is damaged;
- If the outer box of the product you receive has obvious water stains;
- If the logistics information indicates that the package has been delivered, but you check all external doors and other possible locations where the package may have been placed, including porches, backyards, garages, and any areas where the package may have been placed in consideration of potential weather hazards, and then ask anyone who may retrieve your package. Still no product found;
If there is any of the above, please take photos or video as evidence immediately and check whether the inner packing is damaged. And make a claim to the logistics operator. If necessary, we will assist you in making a claim.
Track Your Package
Generally, we will send you the tracking number first. It is normal that the package may not be updated for 1 to 3 days on the way to the courier company. If it has not been updated for a long time, please contact us.
The Wrong Package
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please provide the shipping company with the photo and video for a claim in time. Once we confirm, we will arrange a reissue product for you.
Return or Exchange of Package
If you need to return the goods, please contact service@6ydoll.com by email. Please do not reject or return the goods directly. In addition, the shipping address on the packing box cannot be directly used for return or exchange. We will arrange it for you instantly after checking the situation according to your email. You need to keep the internal plastic packaging of the doll unopened.
Note
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. In order to ensure your package arrives successfully, your shipping address needs to be a physical street address.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
